This agency is a sub-company in a law company called Fish & Richardson.

Your query should contain a cover letter explaining your book and why you are qualified to write it, a two-page synopsis of the book, two sample chapters, your c.v. or a history of your publications, and a SASE.

We do not handle genre fiction (romance, western, mystery, or science fiction/fantasy) and are unable to consider submissions in these categories. Although we negotiate film and television agreements for our existing clients, we are not currently considering original screenplays.

We are very interested in non-fiction projects that are backed by your particular expertise and/or life experience. Ideally, authors should know who the target audience is for their work, and have a strong marketing platform geared to that audience, or be professional writers co-authoring with an expert.
